Abstract: In order to evaluate the carrying capacity of regional road network, a method of evaluating urban regional road network carrying capacity based on logistic membership model and set pair analysis is proposed, according to the analysis of the bearing capacity evaluation of road network at home and abroad. The method uses the carrying capacity of traffic facilities and the carrying capacity of traffic environment to construct an index system for analyzing and evaluating the carrying capacity of urban road network, and divides the carrying capacity of road network into A (high), B (higher), C (medium), D. (lower), E (low) five levels. The set A (measured survey data) and the set B (evaluation criteria) are grouped into H (A, B), and the relationship between the set and the theory is analyzed. The bearing capacity evaluation of urban regional road network method based on the logistic set analysis is constructed. Taking the regional road network of Xi'an High-tech Zone as an example, the bearing capacity of the road network is evaluated. The results show that the method has certain practicability.
