摘要
Compared with asphalt pavement, the repair of cement concrete pavement is relatively difficult, and the damage of cement concrete pavement brings tremendous pressure to highway management and maintenance departments.In-situ granulation technology is a one-time crushing method to crush the preliminary pre-crushed cement concrete slab pavement onto the original pavement to produce aggregates conforming to the design gradation, and then add a certain amount of stabilizer to the site to form the mixture, which is shaping, rolling and curing, and becomes the pavement structure layer.In this paper, the in-situ granular Petrochemical regeneration of the test road has been completed by using rotary in-situ granular petrochemical technology .The optimum crushing method and the optimum cement dosage have been determined. After post-construction testing, all the indexes of the water-stabilized base of in-situ granular Petrochemical regeneration meet the requirements of the design specifications, indicating that in-situ granular petrochemical technology can be applied to rural highway reconstruction projects.
