摘要
with the continuous improvement and development of highways and railways in central and western China, a large number of high-pier long-span continuous rigid frame Bridges have been built. In order to explore the damage rule and response mechanism of piers of high-pier and long-span continuous rigid frame bridge under the action of earthquake, this paper takes wolonggou bridge as the research background and studies its vulnerability under the action of horizontal and vertical earthquakes in detail by combining theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. The results show that the piers with the highest probability of exceeding each damage state under the action of longitudinal and transverse earthquakes are all low piers. Under the action of longitudinal earthquake, both the top of pier and the bottom of pier are vulnerable positions, but the top of pier is more sensitive than the bottom of pier. Under the action of transverse earthquake, the biggest part of pier damage state surmounting probability is not the pier bottom, but the pier body within a certain range near the pier bottom, and the probability of pier bottom damage is higher than the pier top.
