Aiming at the increasing situation of the small-distance section between tunnel exit and interchange exit in expressway, the composition conditions of the minimum distance between tunnel exit and interchange exit are analyzed, the driving behavior, ergonomics and traffic flow theory are used to analyze the distance of each component. In part, distance demand model between tunnel exit and interchange exit is founded, and the minimum distance recommended value of one-way two lanes and three lanes are calculated by distance demand model.
