In order to increase the average speed effectively, restrain the phenomenon of overspeed and sudden change of speed effectively, and improve the public satisfaction effectively, it is very necessary to study the evaluation after the adjustment of sign speed. This paper evaluates the expressway sign speed adjustment project from the aspect of operating speed. In discussing the purpose and influence of the expressway sign speed adjustment project, the paper evaluates operating speed evaluation of the sign speed adjustment project and analyzes the coordination evaluation of operating speed and the sign speed. The relationship model between the accident rate of million kilometers of highways in Zhejiang Province and the Vehicle speed coefficient of variation is established, and the evaluation grade of Vehicle speed coefficient of variation is broken down. A more reasonable law enforcement speed compliance rate is proposed; the research content of the special road section operating speed evaluation is summarized to ensure the safety and efficiency of driving.
