摘要
Although the Cement Asphalt(CA) motor has signnificantly basic mechnical properties, there is still space to increase the ductility and anti-fracture properties. In this paper, PVA fibers was used to improve the ductility and anti-fracture of CA motor. The three-point bending beams test was taken for the ductility and anti-fracture properties. The results showed the tensile strength, ductility and fracture energy increased significantly, more than 100% , 50% ,78% individually compared with CA motor. The interface fracture energy of FREACC was tested using three-point bending beams. The results showed the flexural tensile strength and fracture energy increased significantly, more than 100% and 50% individually compared with Emulsified Asphalt–Cement Concrete (EACC). By the two-dimensional image digitization the meso-finite element fracture model was established. Though inserting two-dimensional zero-thickness cohesive interface elements, dynamic cracking of propagation for three-point bending beams were simulated. The numerical simulation value of fracture energy was slightly larger than the experimental value, and the meso-fracture analysis was in good agreement with the macroscopic test results. So the PVA fibers could effectively enhance the tensile strength and delay the crack propagation in Fiber Reinforced Emulsified Asphalt–Cement Concrete(FREACC).
