摘要
The quality control of asphalt pavement is to analyze and judge the quality condition of the whole asphalt pavement with quality characteristic value data. In order to evaluate the stability of the construction process, it is necessary to study the evaluation indicators and determine the reasonable evaluation indicators under the large data collected by information supervision. This paper calculates and compares the commonly used statistical indicators such as range, quartile distance, variance, standard deviation and coefficient of variation. Finally, based on the "evenness index" as the index and the quality control chart, an information-based supervision and evaluation method for the whole construction quality of asphalt pavement covering the mixing process, paving process and compaction process is established. The results show that it is an effective method to evaluate the stability of asphalt pavement construction by using statistical indicators to analyze the stability results of asphalt pavement construction, and to obtain the uniformity indicators of mixing, paving and compaction in different stages of asphalt pavement construction, and to evaluate the stability of pavement construction according to dynamic control charts.
