摘要
In order to avoid the construction vehicle taking away the sticky layer oil and causing bad interlayer adhesion, non-stick wheel emulsified asphalt was developed by using emulsifier, reinforcing and toughening agent, elastomer modifier and base asphalt. The basic properties, non-stick wheel properties and bonding properties of self-made non-stick wheel emulsified asphalt, SBS modified emulsified asphalt and commercial emulsified asphalt were studied. The results show that the softening point and ductility of the asphalt are much better than those of the non-stick wheel emulsified asphalt. The interlaminar bond strength at 5℃、25℃ and 40℃ is higher than that of commercial non-stick wheel emulsified asphalt and SBS modified emulsified asphalt, those show it has excellent non-stick wheel characteristics. Finally, Reflectance test and infrared spectroscopy were used to study the micro-mechanism of self-made non-stick wheel emulsified asphalt.
