摘要
To describe the test and evaluation capability of Intelligent Vehicle Infrastructure System (IVIS) systematically, this paper proposed a new intelligent vehicle-road system evaluation method to improve the effective coordination of end-to-end cloud architecture. By selecting a single intersection environment for system integration test, the test index consisting of efficiency, safety, environmental protection, resources and comfort was obtained. The AHP-entropy method was used to combine and assign weights to IVIS indexes to determine the weight of each index. The evaluation value of IVIS and ordinary road was calculated to show the running status of the evaluation object. Finally, Vissim simulation software was used to build IVIS simulation platform to evaluate and verify the performance and functions of IVIS and  ordinary roads at a single intersection by comparing the operation conditions. The results show that the IVIS system can effectively improve the efficiency of the traffic system within the allowable range of the index set of IVIS system.
