摘要
Abstract: In order to study the effect of shrinkage and creep of concrete deck on curved steel plate composite bridge, this paper takes a 3×35m steel plate composite bridge with a curve radius of 460m as the research background. The finite element model is established by Midas/FEA, and the simulation of the construction process of the real bridge is also carried out. The results show that: the shrinkage and creep of concrete deck have a great influence on the stress of the upper flange of the steel girder in the positive moment zone. Because of the torsional effect of curved bridges, the stress increment of inner steel girder is greater than that of outer steel girder. Ten years after the completion of the bridge, The maximum tensile stress on the top of concrete deck increased by 34.82% compared with the three years after the completion of the bridge. It shows that the concrete shrinkage and creep effect lasts for a long time,so it is suggested that more than 10 years should be taken into account in calculating the shrinkage and creep effects of concrete.Ten years after the completion of the bridge, the deflection change of side span caused by shrinkage effect of concrete bridge deck is about five times that of creep effect, and the deflection change of midspan is about 24 times that of creep effect. It can be seen that the deflection change caused by shrinkage effect of bridge deck concrete is more significant. So more attention should be paid to the shrinkage effect of concrete in design.
