The post-evaluation of highway preventive maintenance engineering can test the quality of preventive maintenance project, on the other hand and also can evaluate the technical, economic and environmental effects of preventive maintenance engineering, sum up experience, draw lessons, and provide reference significance for follow-up preventive maintenance engineering. Taking the preventive maintenance project of expressway in Shandong Province for five years as the research object, the database of pavement assets is established, including the pavement structure, traffic volume, maintenance history and road condition detection data of preventive maintenance project for 5 consecutive years. From three aspects of technology, economic and social effect and environmental impact, the corresponding post-evaluation model is established to evaluate the implementation effect of preventive maintenance engineering, to determine the best maintenance time of preventive maintenance measures, and to provide theoretical basis for the scientific implementation of preventive maintenance engineering.
