摘要
ABSTRACT At present, most of tram flexible blocks in China are made of recycled rubber particles added with glue. The structure of flexible blocks has a large number of cavities, resulting the blocks are not strong enough to support the asphalt at intersections. So, the asphalt and the rail top sealant at intersections are crushed by social vehicles. In order to improve the strength of flexible blocks, this paper rationally designs the cavity shape and adjusts the position of the cavity, and uses the mixing technology to increase the strength of recycled rubber, while considering the manufacturing feasibility.
