摘要
Abstract Based on the Tianninggou large-spans bridge of Tianyong expressway, the plane bar structure model is established by MIDAS/civil software. The closure jacking of high-piers and long-spans PC continuous rigid frame bridge is calculated and analyzed. The long-term shrinkage and creep of concrete and the adverse effect of closure temperature difference on the deformation and stress of main beam and pier are considered. Based on two schemes of jacking closure, the measured value and theoretical value of the completed bridge state under the key control parameters are compared. The results show that the calculation method of the closure top thrust with favorable displacement set in advance on the top of the pier is reasonable and feasible; the top thrust optimizes the upper and lower structure forces, effectively achieves the purpose of compensating the concrete shrinkage and creep and the horizontal deviation of the main pier caused by the closure temperature difference, and significantly improves the pier forces. If we want to counteract the influence of adverse factors on the bridge and make the stress of the completed structure more reasonable, it is effective and feasible to apply the jacking force when the high pier multi span continuous rigid frame bridge is closed.
