摘要
Abstract: In order to make a reasonable evaluation of the safety of the expressway construction area, this paper first selects the coefficient of variation of the speed deviation ,equivalent minimum safety distance ,the average total delay time of vehicle and the average maximum queue length from the perspective of traffic flow theory, and establishes the safety of the expressway construction area. Then, the fuzzy matter element model of highway construction area safety evaluation based on Hamming's closeness is established. The model uses the difference between the eigenvalues of the evaluation indicators as the weight of the evaluation index, which reduces the subjectivity of the weight determination. The model is used in the safety evaluation of G high-speed construction area. The evaluation result reflects that the traffic safety evaluation level of G high-speed construction area is two-level, and the evaluation results are in good agreement with the actual situation, indicating that the method is reasonable and feasible. key words: Expressway construction area; Traffic safety; Fuzzy matter element
