摘要
Compared with taxis, App-based ride-hailing can greatly improve service efficiency and rapidly expand the operational scale. But safety problems are always bothered governments and platforms. There are lots of uncertified drivers and vehicles are operating due to the ambiguity of the qualitative and classification of App-based ride-hailing, platforms don’t supervise the drivers and vehicles completely. This paper expounds the necessity of classified management of App-based ride-hailing from the indicators of vehicle insurance and vehicle scrap years. It also proposes a lassified management that divides the App-based ride-hailing into part-time and full-time vehicles, using differentiated management measures about vehicle entry standard and insurance. This paper also uses the Beijing taxis data to analyze and predict the App-based ride-hailing operating, including three indicators: orders, carrying miles and working time. The purpose aims to supervise the vehicle compliance process through the classified management, thereby promoting the healthy development of the App-based ride-hailing industry.
