摘要
For passengers of urban rail transit, there must be the problem that whether waiting time for passengers of each station is fair or not. In this paper, the concept of fairness is introduced into the cross-station operation of the urban rail transit timetable optimization. The definition of the fairness of the timetable in urban railway transit and the min-max fairness method of measuring fairness are given. This paper considers the fairness of passenger waits at different stations, takes the train arriving and departure time as the decision-making variable, and aims to minimize the sum of cost of the passenger average waiting time at each station, so that a model of timetable optimization based on fairness is constructed. The model belongs to non-linear planning model, we use CPLEX solution software to solve it. Finally, the design study verifies the validity of the model. The results show that this method can be effectively optimized for the timetable based on fairness.
