摘要
With the development of the free-floating bike sharing industry, it has turned from an expansion pattern to a refined service pattern. Taking Nanjing as an example, this paper analyzes the characteristics of free-floating bike usage, bike service supply and social satisfaction level through bike order data in a week and four surveys on free-floating bike sharing systems in Nanjing from 2017 to 2019. The bike usage characteristics include age, sex, temporal distribution, space distribution and other features. The bike service supply is represented by the number of bikes and the state of bikes like whether are destroyed. In addition, the bike order data were combined with survey data to build a logistic model evaluating the influence of user attributes, bike service supply on various user satisfaction level. Based on the analysis, the paper reveals the development process and the supply-demand relationship of free-floating bikes and offers suggestions for improving the service quality of the free-floating bike sharing system.
