摘要
As a vital part of public transport, urban rail transit provides travelers with fast, stable and intensive travel service. In reality, there still exists inconvenient access to urban rail transit station, which affects travel efficiency negatively. Based on the data obtained from self-administrated Xi’an Urban Rail Transit Accessibility Survey in May, 2019, the study examines importance and satisfaction of several attributes related to walking, bicycle, bus and taxi access modes to urban rail transit stations from the view of travelers. Using improved Pareto- Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) model, the study compares the evaluation for each access mode and presents improvement suggestions for Xi’an Urban Rail Transit Line 2 to smooth the access to the rail transit.
