摘要
The evaluation of road network resilience has a critical role in the management of urban disaster. In this paper, we present a two-dimensional evaluation model to estimate the road network resilience. In the first dimension, based on Complex Network Theory, indicators such as node degree, node betweenness, and node closeness are selected to characterize the topological features of the urban road network. In the other dimension, traffic characteristics of urban road network are added to the evaluation model and are described by the traffic volume and the Surplus Saturation Degree (SSD). The methodology is demonstrated with the network in Jinshan Area of Fuzhou, China. The results show that the two-dimensional evaluation model is more reasonable and with the increase of rainfall, the RIRN decreased by 9.03%, 21.07%, and 29.5% respectively. The methodology can provide information to decision-makers regarding the ranking the importance of the nodes in the system.
