The behavior of parking selection is the basis of studying parking dynamic pricing. Based on the questionnaire data of short-term parking, this paper establishes an ordered multi-class logit model, explores the influencing factors and influence weights of parking distance selection, and deduces the probability model of each walking distance selection; establishes MNL model to explore parking selection influencing factors and weights of parking land types, the probability model of parking land type selection is derived, and the probability models of different parking land types under different walking distance rings are constructed. Finally, suggestions are made from three aspects of price, walking distance and parking land type to improve parking selection behavior.
