摘要
As a major strategic development of China, Civil-Military Integration is an important starting point to promote the depth integration of national defense transportation and national transportation infrastructure construction. The integrated development of military and civilian transportation is extremely beneficial to the construction of emergency dispatch of traffic combat readiness system. In this study, the optimization theory and method are used to solve the transportation of relief materials based on Civil-Military Integration theory. The new finding is that the speed and efficiency of transportation both are improved significantly based on ant colony optimization algorithms in transportation material organization. It provides a useful method to promote the ability of traffic combat readiness system during the emergency.
