摘要
Urban rail transit is a typical multi-modal combination travel. In addition to the main body of the railway, it includes two major processes of access and egress. Exploring the impact of the built environment on the connection mode is of great significance to promoting the development of public transport. The paper obtained multi-source information data such as POI data, travel chain data and road network data. The environmental factors set was perfected from three aspects: land use factors, accessibility factors and station factors. Taking Nanjing Metro as an example and used multiple logit model to analyze the influence mechanism of built environment factors on the connection mode. The model results proved that the built environment factors within the station buffer zone had a significant impact, which is of guiding value to optimize the land development and facilities collocation around the station.
