摘要
In order to improve the predictability of the traffic organization of nuclear power plant and ensure the safety and efficiency of the traffic flow, the four-stage transportation theory is introduced. By obtaining the traffic flow characteristics of nuclear power plant, the four-stage method is improved. Taking Haiyang nuclear power plant as the object of study, this paper firstly studies the actual traffic flow situation of Haiyang nuclear power plant, makes the compilation of basic data and traffic rules. Then, based on the four-stage transportation theory of traffic planning, TransCAD is used to allocate traffic flow. Finally, the simulation platform is built with the help of VISSIM simulation software. The microcosmic simulation is carried out through the simulation model after parameter calibration. Simulation results show that the service level of each road in the power plant reaches grade C after the traffic flow organization of the system. In terms of delay and vehicle saturation, transportation efficiency was improved by 19.3% and 36.3%, respectively. The transportation system is stable and the speed freedom is high.
