In order to study the influence factors of shipper's choice of transport modes in the express freight market and the competitive relationship between various modes of transport, the four modes of transport which are railway transportation, high-speed railway transportation, air transportation and highway transportation are consider as carriers and shipper will be placed in a game space, and the tariff, timeliness, safety, reliability and convenience are used as indicators to measure the utility of shipper. At the same time, the dynamic game model is established with the connection variable of tariff, the maximum of the generalized profit of carriers and the maximum utility of the shipper. The game reaches equilibrium, meanwhile, the share rates reaches stability when the tariff of shipper's expectation and setting by carriers are equal theoretically. Finally, the validity of the model is verified by a example, which provides a theoretical reference for tariff makers.
