摘要
Under the high-speed rail transfer network, considering the mutual substitution of trains and the influence of passenger travel time on ticket allocation, aiming at the comprehensive income of railway departments and passengers, using random utility theory to derive the probability of each travel plan, construct stochastic nonlinearity. Integer programming model, solved with GAMS software. The design example analyzes the problem. Compared with the scheme that only considers the ticket revenue, the railway department's revenue increased by 0.48%, and the passenger travel time decreased by 1.32%. The result shows that under the high-speed rail transfer network, The method of allocating passengers' travel time can not only reduce passenger travel time, but also have a positive effect on improving transportation efficiency.
