摘要
The study aims to explore the relationship among metro passenger volume in station withland use and number of bus line. Exampled as Xi’an, the regression model was built by using independent variables including number of bus line and land use area of business, office, residence, industry and education within 400 meter and 800 meter, while the peak hour passenger volume in stations of Xi’an metro line 2 in 2013 and 2015 was input as dependent variable. The results show that all types of land use area within 400 has a more significant effect on passenger volume and generation passenger volume is related with the residential land use while arrival passenger volume is related with business and official land use when only the land use was considered as independent variables. But when both the land use and number of bus line were input into the model,arrival passenger volume is related with number of bus line, and the business and official land use still affect the passenger volumemost significantly. There is a strong relationship between business and official land use with bus line and an increase of passenger volume which is positive with area of land use. The findings in this paper can be a guide for stations location selection in planning, stations scale and layout in design, and organizationand management in operation.
