In recent years, with the development of the economy, the number of car ownership continues to increase, and the problem of urban traffic congestion is becoming more and more serious, and the bus priority policy can greatly alleviate this phenomenon. Therefore, how to plan the public transit network more rationally to improve the efficiency of bus operation is very important. The urban public transit network is composed of various bus operation routes. Therefore, each bus operation route will overlap or cross with other operation routes, so the competition and cooperation relationship is common in the public transit networks. This paper quantitatively analyzes the degree of cooperation and competition between the routes from the competition relationship between bus routes, and combines the layout of the public transit networks to use this as a basis to optimize the bus operation network.
