摘要
Reasonable allocation of public service facilities can reduce the travel distance of urban residents, optimize the transportation mode of urban residents and guide urban residents to travel in low carbon. The paper analyzes the daily travel survey data and public facility survey data of urban residents in Changxing County, divides the production and life circle hierarchy system and correspondingly configures public service facilities. According to the analysis of the survey data of urban residents in Changxing County, the daily travel characteristics of the urban residents in the county, the daily travel willingness and the carbon emission characteristics of daily travel are obtained, so as to summarize the daily travel characteristics of the urban residents in the county. This study integrates the previous scholars' classification criteria for the life circle, divides the life circle level and obtains the radius of each life circle level according to the daily travel characteristics of the residents. Also, the paper calculates the per capita carbon emission of each living circle level and finally obtains the “Daily Life Circle-Expand Life Circle-Opportunity Life Circle” hierarchy system based on carbon emission. What’s more, the paper proposes the mode of collaborative sharing at the living circle level.
