Maintenance Decision Model for Urban Rail Transit Network based on Monte-Carlo Simulation for Fault: Scenario Analysis

摘要
In order to improve the maintenance capability and service level for urban rail transit network, this paper offers systematically comparative study on three existed modes of maintenance, i.e., M1 maintenance center for line, M2 single maintenance center for network and M3 regional maintenance centers for network. We subdivide the demand constraints such as daily inspection, failure maintenance of facilities and equipment. The importance of network nodes and arcs are in consideration. With minimizing the weighted distance and minimizing the maximum random failure response time as multiple objectives, we propose the corresponding bi-objective set coverage models for maintenance decision-making. An improved biogeography optimization algorithm is designed to solve the models. The optimal maintenance centers and their allocated requirements are obtained. Furthermore, considering the uncertainty of fault point occurrence, Monte-Carlo simulation is applied to optimize resource allocation in different fault rate scenarios. The simulation results show that the models and their algorithm are effective. By observing evaluation indexes of daily inspection and fault maintenance, i.e., the average number of resource units are allocated and the average fault response time, M2 mode is lower operation costs than M1 and M2 mode, but M3 mode is more advantageous than M1 and M2 mode standing for the reliability and efficiency of operation and maintenance.
