摘要
In this study, a UIC406 based method is proposed to the calculation of high-speed railway passing capacity under abnormal events, leading to a much better use of the unused portion of the line capacity. An integer linear programming model is established with the objective of minimizing the total train occupancy time, taking the departure time and the arrival time of the train as variables. According to the compressed train occupancy time, the passing capability of a line is calculated. Finally, a real study of China high-speed railway is tested the valid of the proposed method in abnormal event. The case illustrates the model’s ability to quantify the capacity which can be used to increase the number of trains, provide more stable services or guide subsequent railway dispatching.
