摘要
The development of connected vehicle technology enables vehicles on the road to realize the self-organization of vehicle platoons. The realization of the vehicle platoon is an effective way to alleviate traffic congestion, improve traffic safety levels and reduce traffic pollution. However, there is still no standard measurement set and dynamic algorithm for effectively describing vehicle platoon size, structure and behavior rules for inter-vehicle communication, so as to ensure that vehicles can cooperate with each other to form efficient platoon organizations in a connected vehicle environment. To solve this problem, firstly, this paper proposed the concept of a measurement set that describes the self-organized vehicle platoon in a connected vehicle environment. Then, based on the proposed measurement set, dynamic algorithms describing the self-organizing operation of vehicle platoons in the whole life cycle and corresponding measure set change modes were given. Finally, combined with the actual traffic scenario, the transform strategies and algorithms proposed in this paper were presented.
