摘要
To explore the spatiotemporal characteristics of biodiversity and the impact mechanism of road-related factors on biodiversity, this study analyzed the land use changes in two key biodiversity areas of Qinghai Province, using land use dynamics model and Markov model, and then evaluated the distribution of habitat quality in 2000, 2010 and 2018 based on the InVEST model. The results indicate that the rapid increase of residential area and cultivated land in the study region was related to the decrease of woodland and grassland, causing habitat loss and fragmentation, and habitat quality around highways is significantly decreased. The results also show that different road types had different impacts on biodiversity, among which the impact of the expressway and first-class was strongest. The study explores the impact of highway engineering on biodiversity, may help to further complement the research of road ecology.
