摘要
The continuous large passenger flow of urban rail transit poses challenges for operators to formulate more effective solutions to relieve pressure of passenger flow, which are especially reasonable in making full use of the transportation capacity of trains, while saving operating costs and reducing energy consumption at the same time. It is a new way to deal with the above problems to adopt the stop-skipping scheme. When optimizing the stop-skipping scheme on a single line, this study regards saving passengers’ travel costs and operating expenses as targets while reaching the purpose of maximizing the usage of transport capacity and being environmentally friendly. Firstly, this study proposes a bi-objective nonlinear mixed integer programming model, which evaluates the costs under different stop-skipping schemes. Secondly, this study designs and improves the genetic algorithm with the ideal point method to convert the bi-objective problems into a single-objective problems for finding the optimal scheme. Finally, this study takes the direction of Fenghuangxincun - Wanshengwei on Guangzhou Metro Line 8 as an case for application and verification. Compared with the all-stop plan, it is found that the travel time costs of passengers and the operating expenses were saved by 15.9% and 16.3%. These results shows that the model has advantages in terms of saving passengers’ travel costs and operating expenses, improving transport capacity, and speeding up turn-back cycle.
