摘要
Compared with fuel vehicles, electric vehicle time-sharing has the advantages of low emissions and low energy consumption. By promoting the shared vehicles, it can increase total revenue and reduce traffic emission cost. However, the difficulty in setting up parking spaces in urban centers has hindered the development of shared vehicles. Meanwhile, the pricing of shared vehicles will have an impact on traffic travel patterns, thereby affecting traffic emission cost and total revenue. Therefore, this paper proposes to combine low-carbon shared travel mode with shared parking resources, which is developing idle parking spaces in adjacent residential areas as shared parking point for the time-sharing electric vehicles. In addition, this paper uses bottleneck model to explore the changes in total revenue and transportation emission costs when shared vehicle pricing changes. On this basis, we propose a bi-objective model, the objective functions are total revenue and traffic emission cost. The constraint condition is user equilibrium under multi-mode traffic. Optimal pricing is obtained by designing an iterative algorithm.
