Rui Li

Dr. Li is an associate professor and director of the traffic engineering department, in the college of civil and transportation engineering, Hohai University. He received his Ph.D. degree from Southeast University in 2012. He was a visiting scholar at the University of Wisconsin, Madison in 2010 and the National University of Singapore in 2019. He is also a member of the Working Committee on Automated Driving of China Highway & Transportation Society. His research areas mainly focus on urban transportation planning and traffic management.
