As the advanced technology with artificial intelligence has developed so rapidly that intelligent equipment was improved in the field of urban rail transit. Presently the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is still wildly used, but it could not be satisfied to requirements of intelligent equipment. In the intranet, CMMS is only a platform processing based on the Web include information published, reviewed and task approval. However, It has simple logic and high manual repetition rate, which is similar with the Electronic Data Processing System (EDPS) in the early 1950s. Based on the existing CMMS of urban rail transit, the paper constructs a scientific data management model depend on elements of user, application, data, technology and management, and Information management system of intelligent maintenance equipment further was published with science of management and information. By accelerating information integration and flow between multiple systems and creating intelligent interaction experience between people and information resources, the management concept can be transformed from result management to process management, so it may meet the functional requirements of intelligent maintenance equipment and promote modernization management efficiency. Furthermore, it provides guarantee for the normal running and safe operation of urban rail transit and achieves comprehensive benefits finally.
