摘要
Based on the surface functional damage problems such as reflective cracks that often occur during the use of asphalt pavements, this paper combines the micro-surface study with the rubber asphalt CAPE seal to analyze its surface functional characteristics. In the preliminary design of the mixture ratio at the micro-surface, a 7mm sieve was added between the 4.75mm-9mm sieve holes to better control the gradation of large particle sizes; and based on the water-stripping resistance of the micro-surface the gradation is optimized for design, and the optimal gradation and gradation range for the water-peeling resistance of the micro-surface are given. In this paper, relying on the scientific and technological project of Zhejiang Provincial Department of Transportation, the rubber asphalt CAPE seal has been systematically studied on its anti-slipping performance, slip resistance, and low-temperature crack resistance. The test and analysis results show that the rubber asphalt CAPE seal is compared with the rubber asphalt gravel seal. The above-mentioned properties of the layer have been significantly improved. At the same time, the rubber asphalt CAPE seal has good resistance to reflective cracks, which can effectively extend the service life of the road surface.
