摘要
In order to improve service quality and get user demand, the group has carried on the expressway service area service demand questionnaire survey from 2014 to 2017 which involving nearly 2000 people and Jiangsu, Shandong, Liaoning, Henan, Shanxi and Inner Mongolia totally 6 provinces. And based on survey data, the paper analysis the regional differences and characteristics on service quality of the expressway service area, and then puts forward the corresponding suggestions on meeting user diversity requirements, improving the service quality and operation management ability, realizing the sustainable development of the service area.
