The clustering characteristics are studied according to the types of cities where travelers lived and whether they owned private cars or not. The results indicate that the impact of CR on attitude (AT) is higher than EU and TC. AT, subjective norms (SN), perceived behavioral control (PBC) and PR will have different degrees of influence on UI, SN is the key factor among them. And The main influencing factors of UI on different groups are different. The research conclusions can provide reference for relevant government departments and car sharing company to make policies and institution.
