摘要
Traffic separate facilities play a fundamental role in traffic management. However, in practical engineering applications, the setting conditions lack quantitative reference indicators. This paper adopts road traffic conflict rate and traffic capacity as the conditions for setting up separate facilities. Based on traffic conflict theory and the analytic hierarchy process, considering the impact factors of different conflict types, the road segment comprehensive conflict rate model of non-separate and central separate facilities is established respectively. On the basis of the model, the correlation analysis of the corresponding road capacity is carried out, and the quantitative indicators of the non-separate and central separate facilities are obtained. In Fuzhou, select 4 types of typical sections with no physical separate facilities, only machine non-physical separate facilities, only central physical separate facilities, non-physical separate facilities, and central physical separate facilities. The data to be collected includes road facilities, driving speed, traffic conflicts, traffic volume, etc., and calculations are performed. The calculation results show that the comprehensive traffic conflict rate of the road section is 0.004-0.008, setting the non-separate facilities of the machine; 0.0021-0.085, setting the central separate facility setting. Quantitative analysis of the setting conditions of road separate facilities will help road traffic managers to manage mixed traffic flows more rationally and effectively.
