摘要
With the rapid development of expressway in China, the construction tasks of interchanges are increasing year by year. However, due to the different design priorities and design habits of various design units in the industry, the design results of interchanges under similar conditions sometimes differ greatly, which makes it difficult to carry out construction and management standardization of interchanges and reduces the efficiency of construction and management of interchanges. In order to solve this problem, after comparing and analyzing the design standardization in the fields of architecture and bridge, the concept and main research ideas of the design standardization of interchanges was proposed. Based on the statistical results of 94 a type single trumpet interchange design data, alignment combination and design parameters was analyzed, and the genetic algorithm was used to optimize the parameters of the ramp circle curve and the transition curve. Finally, the standardized recommended values for the design of expressway a type single trumpet interchange in the plain area are given. Case analysis shows that the standardized design scheme completed by the design standardized recommended values can not only meet the design expectations of the designer, but also achieve an alignment consistency ratio of more than 40%, which can reduce the repeated design of bridge layout and traffic safety facilities. The research results can guide the creation of the BIM component model of interchange and help to realize the factory production of bridges and traffic safety facilities in interchanges, which are of great significance to promote the construction and management standardization of interchanges, and to achieve the integration of design, production, construction, operation and maintenance.
