摘要
The safety of traffic is determined crucially by the traffic alignment and infrastructure indicators. Thus, an accurate method to evaluate the traffic safety with respect to the traffic alignment and infrastructure indicators is expected to design traffic with advanced safety and accurate level. For the mountainous highway, the traffic evaluation becomes a complex synthetic problem including randomness and fuzziness. In this paper, the alignment and infrastructure indicators traffic safety cloud model evaluation method is proposed and a safety evaluation indicator system in post mountainous highway alignment design is studied. By calculating the integrate cloud model digital characteristic, the traffic safety degrees of mountainous highway are obtained from cloud evaluation. Comparing the actual traffic accident rate with the safety evaluation result from cloud model, the indicator weights of integrated cloud model are optimized. As a result, the optimized combination weights of mountainous highway alignment and infrastructure indicators can ascribe to the conduct and reference to the highway operation. With this method, a safety evaluation on Xi-han mountainous highway is conducted by combining the design and operation data. The weight relationship among every indicator, even the order of the factors that influence traffic safe can be achieved, which benefits the traffic safety indicator value determining in highway design, and alignment and infrastructure maintenance priorities setting in highway operation.
