摘要
In view of current research on the microscopic properties of SBS modified asphalt under high temperature and rainy environment, the microscopic moisture-thermal damage behaviors of SBS modified asphalt were studied by atomic force microscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. Two indexes were introduced to quantify changes in the microstructures of SBS modified asphalt, namely, the surface roughness and the percentage of bee structures. Increasing the immersion temperature not only accelerated the evolution of morphological structure, but also significantly affected the mechanical behavior of micro-phases. To evaluate the influence of moisture-thermal conditions on composite phase properties, a parallel model was applied. It was found that adhesive force of bee structures was the main contribution to the surface macro adhesion. Finally, FTIR tests confirmed that the formation of nano-bumps was closely related to sulfoxide index, which indicated that polar functional group was the mainly origin of nano-bumps.
