摘要
Schedule management is an important part of project control, which is closely related to resource utilization and project economic benefits. The traditional schedule management mode has the disadvantages of poor coordination, many influencing factors, no dynamic and poor integrity. BIM Technology is introduced into project management, which provides a new idea for controlling project schedule. BIM includes the information of the whole life cycle of the project The progress management based on BIM can provide data support for the progress management in the construction stage, and realize the dynamic management of the construction progress through the real-time update of the progress data. In the construction process of the construction project,It is particularly critical that how to use more advanced technology and methods to carry out scientific planning and effective control of the construction progress, enhance the coordination and cooperation between various disciplines and types of work, and build a connection structure and information integration system based on BIM Technology .
