摘要
China's mountainous expressway face a severe security situation. Especially, the challenges to the safety and reliability of the highway network are most prominent, such as major traffic accidents on high-risk roads and large-scale traffic jams. Starting from the safety concept of active prevention, grasping the time- space distribution of traffic accidents, and analyzing the influencing mechanism of traffic accidents under multiple factors is the benchmark for dynamic management of traffic safety. Taking the typical the mountainous expressway of Yunnan province as an example, based on the historical traffic accident data of the past 4 years, on the basis of quantitative analysis of time- space distribution characteristics of yunnan mountainous expressway traffic accidents, identifying the main influencing factors of traffic accidents, and extracting the important characteristics of linear indicators on high-risk road sections. Then, the effective safety improvement measures are systematically summarized, which can provide scientific basis for the identification and active intervention of high risk sections with multiple accidents in mountainous areas.
