摘要
In order to evaluate the risk of multimodal transport system of dangerous goods, this paper takes the special process of “transshipment” into account based on the 4M theory of "person, machine, management and environment", and takes the five factors as attributes of decision-making problems. Then, the initial decision matrix of the decision maker is assigned by the hesitant intuitionistic fuzzy language set, and the Hamming distance of mean-standard deviation is used to measure the distance between the two hesitant intuitionistic fuzzy language numbers. The TOPSIS method based on hesitant intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic set is adopted to make decision on different schemes according to the risk of multimodal transport system of dangerous goods. Finally, taking the transportation of phosphoric acid between Yichang and Quzhou as an example, the risk assessment of four commonly used transportation schemes is carried out, and the comparison of the comprehensive evaluation indicators shows that , and the scheme 3 should be chosen.
