摘要
With the increasing number of motor vehicles, urban parking problem has attracted more and more attention. Due to the lagging development of parking informatization, imperfect parking management measures, and imbalance between parking supply and demand, there are some problems such as "no parking spaces for parkers", "long-term cruise to find a parking space" and "low parking satisfaction". For the concerns of parking management departments, chaotic parking order will interfere with the normal operation of dynamic traffic flow and affect the city’s traffic environment. For the concerns of parking investment and operators, low parking utilization rate is difficult to realize the profit of the parking lot, and the enthusiasm for investment, construction and operation of parking lots will further decrease. However, with the continuous development of a new round of technological revolution (intellectualization, informationization, interconnection, human-computer interaction, etc.), the parking problems concerned by all parties (parkers, parking lots, parking management departments, government and related industries) can be effectively solved by building a urban parking management platform that integrates many functions. Based on analyzing of the current problems of on-street and off-street parking lots, and combining with the current advanced parking technology (condition identification, network modeling, data analysis, supply and demand information matching, visualization, information dissemination, etc.), this paper constructs the management platforms of on-street and off-street parking lots, aiming at improving the parking convenience of parkers, reducing the difficulty of law enforcement of parking management departments, government and related industries, and improving the economic benefits of parking investment and operators.
