The analysis and prediction of regional comprehensive transport passenger transport structure can deeply understand the change law of passenger transport structure and improve the level of passenger transport service. This paper puts forward three kinds of passenger transport structure: basic, medium and high-quality, and constructs the Markov chain passenger transport structure prediction model. Taking the comprehensive passenger transport structure of Shandong Province as an example, this paper uses Python to solve the passenger transport structure in the future years. The results show that the proportion of highway in passenger transport in Shandong Province is shifting to high-speed rail and civil aviation, the proportion of high-quality passenger transport structure is increasing year by year, and the proportion of water passenger transport is relatively stable, about 3%, which is in line with the actual development of comprehensive passenger transport in Shandong Province.
