摘要
With the establishment of EPR (Extend Producer responsibility), OVM (origin vehicle manufacturer) need to cooperate with the third-party vehicle recycler. While due to the high cost of recycling and re-manufacturing of EOL vehicles (End-of-Life vehicles), the government will play a role of driving force in their cooperation relationship. For full use of the resource, based on their relationship, we set the double-cycle system and build a game model among them. Through analysis of this model, we find through the financial support for the whole system and the standard of reward and punishment are essential for the operation of the double-cycle system, the market recognition of re-manufacturing vehicles and cost control of recycling and re-manufacturing need more focus from the whole society.
