Medical treatment is an important issue closely related to people's lives and has an important impact on the living standards of residents. Under the background of the accelerating urbanization process, the medical resources in different areas begin to show inequality in geographical space and medical level, and the trend of inequality is becoming more and more serious. In addition, due to the fact that residents'individual medical treatment behaviors are often purposeful, the probability of them going to other cities to seek medical treatment is increasing.Therefore, based on the taxi trajectory data of a city, this paper makes an empirical analysis of the city, screens out the taxi trajectory that the starting points are the city's airport, high-speed railway station and other external hubs, and the ending points are different levels and types of medical resources, carries out the analysis of the temporal and spatial characteristics of the phenomenon of migrant medical treatment in this city.The data set is composed of two-day taxi trajectory data on a working day and a holiday in the city, in order to better analyze the impact of holidays on the phenomenon of medical treatment in different cities, and finally draw relevant conclusions. Based on this conclusion, some policy suggestions are put forward for the planning and location of urban external hubs and medical resources of different grades and types.
